I can see instead of replacing IntegrateSecurity, you simply added username and password. As far as updating is concerned. It will only log history if it is enabled in the cilent. Enable history logging and it will start logging it. Of course you also need to chat with someone to have the history logged.

 <connectionStrings>
<add name="HistoryEntities" connectionString="metadata=HistoryEntities.Sql.ssdl|res://*/History.DAL.HistoryEntities.csdl|res://*/History.DAL.HistoryEntities.msl;provider=System.Data.SqlClient;provider connection string="Data Source=192.168.1.101;Initial Catalog=SquiggleHistory;User Id=sa;Password=innovations;MultipleActiveResultSets=True"" providerName="System.Data.EntityClient" />
 </connectionStrings>

Sorry, I changed like this, already ticked Enable history. Where I can see history files, in that tables or some where?

Squiggle.exe.config file has a trace section which is commented out. Uncomment it and run squiggle, chat with people and then check out the Squiggle.log file to see if any errors related to logging history are logged.
